As the first phase of the transformative CIBC Square development, 81 Bay Street combines modern workplace environments with amenities designed to support the wellbeing of its occupants and the surrounding community. The development features two high-rise towers and a seven-storey podium, including a Metrolinx GO Bus terminal at the lower level. Secure bicycle storage, shower facilities, and other amenities encourage a healthy and active lifestyle, helping make the development more than a workplace—it is a vibrant community hub.
