Their public park beautifully connects two architecturally bold buildings, enhancing both the landscape and the local business scene. The stunning epoxy terrazzo stairs, crafted by Franklin Precast Terrazzo Company Inc., not only serve as a functional element but also as a visual centerpiece, showcasing custom-designed pieces with intricate details including integrated lighting. The Fanshawe Institute for Indigenous Learning stands as a vital hub for Indigenous students and communities, fostering an environment of research, innovation, experiential learning, and social entrepreneurship. A remarkable collaboration between Franklin Precast Terrazzo Company Inc, Franklin Terrazzo, the design team at Diamond Schmidt Architects, D Grant Construction, and Guy Williams, Special Advisor for Indigenous Education, brought to life the stunning 33-foot diameter artwork. To the artist's vision was fully realized, the intricate pattern across the 28 sections was crafted without divider strips, showcasing the seamless beauty of the design. This was achieved through the dedicated efforts of Franklin Precast Terrazzo, who precast all components and assembled them at their facility in Chatham, ON with the supplies from Domus Terrazzo.

Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, located in the Greater Toronto Area, is committed to honoring Indigenous culture. In a thoughtful initiative, the college engaged Joseph Sagaj, an artist from the Neskantaga First Nation, to create a unique artwork for their new facility. To ensure the artwork's durability and vibrant colour rendition Franklin Precast Terrazzo Company Inc. collaborated closely with Joseph Sagaj, guaranteeing that his artistic vision would be faithfully represented in the installation.

The Southeast Museum of Photography has been a beacon for photography enthusiasts for over 40 years. As one of just 13 facilities in the U.S. dedicated solely to this art form, they offer a distinctive collection and a range of activities that enrich the photography experience. The building combines high-tech amenities with a classic design, creating a resort-like atmosphere complete with hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and more. Southeast Museum of Photography fosters an engaging environment for teaching and learning, making photography accessible and inspiring for all. A picture is worth a thousand words. The University of Florida, established in 1853, is a prestigious institution dedicated to students with an exceptional education. Among its many programs, the Proton Section stands out, offering innovative treatment options that reflect the university's to advancing medical science and improving patient care. Franklin Precast Terrazzo was proud to bring the vision of these picturesque stairs to life, creating a stunning architectural feature within the bright and beautiful atrium

Lightridge High School is the latest addition to Loudoun County's educational landscape. Designed with a modern two-story prototype, their 305,000-square-foot campus beautifully blends masonry and glass to create an inspiring learning environment filled with natural light. Their commitment to sustainability is reflected in the use of LED lighting, high-efficiency water heaters, and low-flow fixtures. Serving grades 9 through 12, Lightridge is equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms, a media center, a cafeteria, and extensive athletic facilities, all aimed at fostering growth and alleviating overcrowding in our rapidly expanding community. Franklin Precast Terrazzo worked collaboratively with the developers to create beautiful, durable terrazzo stairs designed to withstand the demands of this high-traffic area while complementing the building’s architectural vision.
